Harrison Pierre Graydon is an Associate Attorney at Gaydos Law, P.C., where he handles a

variety of civil and family law matters. Harrison handles cases including personal injury, divorce, child support, adoptions, automobile accidents, contract issues, civil rights matters, business disputes, and medical malpractice. He has experience both in bringing and defending a variety of different civil lawsuits. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Harrison now calls the south hills of Pittsburgh his home and is a member of the Pennsylvania bar.

Harrison obtained his J.D., cum laude, from the Duquesne University School of Law. During law

school, Harrison was elected twice by his peers as a senator of the Student Bar Association.

He also worked as a judicial intern for the Honorable Mary Jane Bowes of the Superior Court of

Pennsylvania, where he assisted the judge’s chambers in processing various criminal appeals.

During his final year of law school, he was a member of the law school’s federal litigation clinic, which culminated in him arguing a case before a panel of judges of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Upon graduation, Harrison was chosen to receive the Allegheny County Bar Foundation’s Bankruptcy Judges Memorial Award for excellence in the field of bankruptcy law.

Following graduation, Harrison served a year as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Valarie S.

Costanzo of the Washington County Court of Common Pleas. As a judicial law clerk, Harrison

became well-acquainted with the criminal legal process, assisting the court in conducting

several criminal jury trials from jury selection to verdict, in addition to work performed in

assisting the court with addressing motions, numerous sentencing hearings, appeals, and the

post-conviction review process. In addition to learning criminal law, through his time as a law

clerk he became familiar with the judicial process and the workings of Pennsylvania’s Courts of Common Pleas in general, which proved to be an invaluable experience for him as an attorney. Following his tenure as a law clerk, Harrison transitioned into civil litigation practice, working on cases involving contractual disputes, corporate law, medical malpractice, and creating settlement agreements.

Harrison graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio with a B.A. in

International Studies, magna cum laude. He also holds a B1 certificate of proficiency in the

French language from Université Lyon 2 in Lyon, France. In his free time, Harrison enjoys

boxing, running, hiking, travel, and visiting art museums.
